For over 45 years, the coaxial valves developed by our company have formed a tried and tested element in the control of vacuums and gaseous, liquid, gelatinous, abrasive, contaminated, and aggressive media.
The coaxial valve design allows - as compared to conventional valves - high pressure media to be controlled at high flow rates. Our coaxial valves are available in 2/2 way or 3/2 way versions with threaded or flanged connections. The valves are actuated either by direct-acting solenoid or externally controlled.
DFT-Durabla The ULTRA-TROL® is designed for applications requiring flanged end connections. The internal design features are similar to the HI-100 found on page 6. They include the in-line through ported, venturi flow shape and the contained spherical ball. The ball, cage and stem can easily be replaced in-line through the bottom cover without removing the valve from the line. The downstream seat is end loaded for quick replacement. Like the HI-100, the ULTRA-TROL® can be used for various fluids including slurries in high or low temperature applications for refining, chemical, petrochemical and co-generating facilities.

SVC Valve (StarGate-O-Port) The Stargate-O-Port is not a knife gate valve and is technically more similar to a ball valve and designed for severe service applications. Typically, ball valves are a bit more expensive than knife gate valves but our valve is based on higher performance and reliability along with lower maintenance requirements. The cost of ownership of the Stargate-O-Port valve will be much lower than a knife gate valve.
