Repair Shop Facilities
Our Pump & Rotating Equipment Repair Center occupies 6,000 sq. ft. of our modern 16,000 sq. ft. complex in Loveland, Ohio.
Capabilities include;
- Three company service vehicles: ½ ton truck, ¾ ton truck and van
- Complete machine shop capabilities including mill, lathe, press & drill press
- Welding capability includes carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Blast cabinet for shot and/or bead blast
- 2.500 psi pressure washer
- Paint booth
- 4,000 lb. capacity overhead crane
- 4,000 lb. and 2,500 lb. capacity fork lifts
- Hydro-test capability to 125 psi
- 110V and 208VAC single phase, 230VAC and 460VAC three phase power
- Full electric motor test capability
- Motor run-test capability to 50 HP on 460V
- Pump run-test capability to 500 gpm
Pump Repair Center Service
Fischer offers complete pump overhaul services with a variety of off-site and in-shop repair capabilities. We maintain factory authorized and service certification for many pump manufacturers including; Sundyne, Sunflo, Waukesha, Liquiflo, Griswold, Pioneer, Fybroc, VersaMatic, and Carver.
In-House services offered include:
- Quality replacement components with OEM or equivalent parts
- Pump upgrades
- Light machining operations.

Field Service:
