Fischer Process Industries has made substantial investments in state-of-the-art computer automation systems in order to better serve our customers. All customer service personnel have instant access to all customer, vendor, and part information which allows them to check inventory, enter sales orders, check on outstanding orders, or fax and e-mail information to our customer's.

In January 2007 Fischer Process will introduce the new Internet InterLink™ system which will provide our customers the ability to instantly check their orders, available items in stock, and enter orders directly from our website with any web browser.

Features and Capabilities Available

• EDI 850 & 997 & 810- capabilities currently available.
• EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) - Allows Fischer Process Industries to be paid electronically.
• Internet InterLink™ - This allows customers to log on to our system to place orders, inquire pricing, inventory, and historical activity.
• Electronic Price Lists - Ability to load individual customers electronic price lists into our system for easy look-up and assurance of correct invoice pricing.
• Multiple Part Number Interchange - This feature allows Fischer Process Industries to enter multiple customer part numbers cross-referenced to our part number and/or the factory part number. Customer part number can appear on the packing slip, package label, and invoice.
• E-mail / Internet access - All Fischer Process Industries staff may be contacted through e-mail @fischerprocess.com.
• Customer Drawings - All drawings for Fischer Process Industries products are loaded on the main system for access by any user. The drawings are referenced by customer and order number.
